Returns/Refunds

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction so we do allow returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will review your request within 30 days of purchase. If return is approved we will send you a confirmation within 15 days. Buyer will be responsible for the cost to return item. Once item is received, a full refund will be issued within 15 days. See full return policy for instructions. 

Within 30 days of purchase, email us at office@durrettrecovery.com with your order number and item you are requesting us to review for return. We will respond within 15 days with confirmation.  It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

We issue the refund to the same payment information used for payment of original order.  It may take up to 10 business days and sometimes additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If return is approved, please note that refunds may be reduced for returned items, such as for signs of customer use or damage, or missing parts, accessories, or manuals.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale or preowned items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
